Troubleshooting Instructions:

• The bulb cannot be turned on normally: Firstly, confirm whether the lamp head of the product is damaged or deformed, which leads to abnormal power supply; secondly, determine whether the light bulb is normally connected to the circuit or not to ensure its normal power supply. Any problem we are so glad to arrange brand new replacement.
• Bulb size problem: Please check carefully if the light bulb size is suitable for your fixture before you make a purchase.
• Noise problem: The bulb adopts the light-on power supply scheme, and there will be slight noise in a quiet state, but it all meets the standard requirements and is less than 24db.
• Hot surface of the light bulb: For better heat dissipation of the light bulb we use ceramic technology. Please don't touch the surface of the light bulb directly by hands when it is powered on.
